International Intensive Belgium 2025

DEADLINE: MIDDAY, Monday 11th August 2025

Rambert School’s final International Intensive 2025 will take place in Belgium! Designed for participants aged 12+ the course will provide aspiring dancers with a valuable insight into the training at Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance. 

The intensive will mirror the UK’s Taster Course, modelling the timetable of the full-time FD/BA Hons degree programme offered at Rambert School. The timetable will comprise of Ballet (including pointe and virtuosity) and Contemporary technique (including contemporary repertoire, floor work, improvisation and creative classes).

Participants will immerse themselves in our unique training environment and creative ethos, honing their technical skills while nurturing creativity and artistic expression. The course culminates in a performance opportunity at the end of the week, allowing participants to showcase the skills they have developed.

The course will provide participants with the opportunity to learn from Rambert School faculty, alumni and guest artists, to best prepare them for a professional training/audition environment.

£298.73/€360 (Early Bird)
£334.92/€400 (Full Price from May onwards)

Groups by Age:

Participants will be divided into 3 groups, by age
Group 1: 12-14 years
Group 2: 15-18 years
Group 3: 18+

APPLICATION INFORMATION 

• International Intensive Belgium applicants must be at least 12 years old on the 1st August 2025.
• Participants should have a minimum of two years’ experience in weekly ballet and/or contemporary dance classes and be dancing at an intermediate level or higher.
• Please note, you do not need to have pointe work experience to participate in this course.

APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER MIDDAY, Monday 11th August 2025 WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Spaces for this course are limited and will be offered on a first come, first served basis.

The photos will only be used by teaching staff to identify you during your time on the dance course.

Please give details of any known medical conditions, injuries or allergies of the dancer, which is relevant to us supporting them through the course.

In case of emergencies during the course, we will use the information provided below as emergency contacts. The emergency contacts should be available for the duration of the course.

During some classes there will be authorised staff members taking photographs and/or filming parts of the class. By signing this part of the form, you consent and authorise a staff member or agent of Rambert School to take photographs or films, and authorise Rambert School to use, reuse, copy, publish, display, exhibit, reproduce, license to third party and distribute the materials in any educational or promotional materials or other forms of media without notifying you. You agree that you or your child are participating on a voluntary basis and will not receive any payment from Rambert School for signing this release or as a result of any publication of the materials.

There are 2 payment options for the course:

Early Bird is available if you are applying before 30th April at £298.73/€360

Full Price is the only option available from 1st May onwards at £334.92/€400

ALL FEES MUST BE PAID for before the course start date

Cancellation Policy: The course fee includes a 25% non-refundable deposit. If the place is cancelled up to a month before the start of the course, a refund of the remaining fee will be issued. If the place is cancelled 2 weeks before the start of the course, no refund will be issued.
