• Fee Bursary 2026-27

    Application Form
  • Bursaries are available for UK residents only who meet any of the following eligibility criteria:

    • Household income below £42,875
    • Eligible for Free School Meals
    • Refugee or asylum seeker status
    • Care-experienced, estranged from family or a looked after child

    These bursaries cover between 25% and 75% of the course fee.

    Bursaries are limited and offered on a first-come-first-serve basis.

    More information on the bursary types are described below.

    Means-tested household income bursary

    To be considered for a means-tested bursary we will require accompanying evidence, more details are provided below.

    If you are unable to upload your evidence via this form then please send it in a separate e-mail to Short Courses shortcourses@rambertschool.org.uk clearly stating in the subject line the “course name” and “young person’s name” applying for the bursary.

    Note: Applications which submit evidence separately will take longer to process due to extra administration time. For the quickest response, please send all evidence within this form.

    Rambert School will review all bursary applications on an individual basis and notify you if your application has been successful or not. The decision-making process may take up to 4-weeks, but the young person’s place on the course will be held until a decision is reached. Rambert School's decision is final.

    Free School Meals bursary

    If the young person receives Free School Meals then they will automatically receive a 75% bursary. We only require proof that the young person receives Free School Meals.

    Refugee or asylum seeker status

    If the young person is a refugee or has asylum seeker status then they will automatically receive a 75% bursary. We only require proof of this.

    Care-experienced or estranged from family

    If a young person is care-experienced, a care-leaver of estranged from family then they will automatically receive a 75% bursary. We only require proof of this.
